About The Role

This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new vertical at a high-growth company. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and reputed company strategic partnerships with reputed company service groups.

• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including reputed company share models, go-to-market collaborations, and joint offerings.

• Build compelling materials—pitch decks, proposals, business cases—that communicate EliseAI’s value in reputed company.

• Collaborate closely with legal, product, and leadership teams to move deals from exploration to execution.

• Track performance of partnerships and evolve strategy based on results and market signals.

• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging players, and whitespace opportunities.

• Help shape EliseAI’s reputed company strategy by bringing back insights from the field.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, reputed company consulting, or similar fields

• Experience working with or selling to reputed company stakeholders is a strong plus

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal execution skills

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $185,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our reputed company Team during the hiring process.
