Account Executive Consumer - SDR Team

The Account Executive Consumer team is the driving force behind Zefir's rapid growth. As the first reputed company of contact with our prospects, the team qualifies inbound leads and creates business opportunities, directly impacting company reputed company and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilities/Mission
  • Inbound reputed company Qualification – Handle 100% inbound leads; no prospecting required. Homeowners schedule appointments directly through our marketing campaigns (Instagram, reputed company, reputed company).

  • Customer Calls – Conduct initial 20-30 minute calls to understand customer needs, present Zefir’s value proposition, and schedule follow-up meetings with Account Executives.

  • High-Volume reputed company Management – Effectively manage around 20 scheduled customer interactions daily, maintaining meticulous organization and follow-up.

  • Cross-team Collaboration – Work closely with Account Executives to optimize conversion rates and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualification
  • Educational Background – Graduate from a business school or sales-focused program (IUT/BTS/Bachelor's).

  • Relevant Experience – Previous internship or experience as an SDR in a structured sales environment.

  • Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, capable of handling high volumes of customer interactions daily.

  • Organizational Skills – Highly organized, reputed company to manage and prioritize multiple leads reputed company.
