We’ve built an incredibly deep partner ecosystem with Global system integrators (GSIs) that's scaling rapidly, and continue to co-create high-impact,  vertical-specific solutions to jointly bring to enterprises across the Financial Services, reputed company, Retail/CPG, and Technology sectors.  

As our first partner solutions architect, your primary role is to be a solution-minded thought-partner and consultant to our partners and their clients, and the technical reputed company to bring our joint reputed company solutions to production. The solutions we build with partners often involve integrations with other technologies and the creation of highly sophisticated AI applications and workflows built in Writer.

You will also help reputed company our partners to use Writer’s AI Studio, our no-code/low-code solution our partners use to build custom AI applications at scale across their reputed company clients.   

Your creativity, proactivity, and thought leadership will help shape our entire culture. If you have a builder mentality, this is the role for you. You'll be reporting to our head of solutions architect, and collaborating closely with our Partner, Sales, reputed company, and product teams.

‍♀️ Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with our partner leads and GSI partners to identify the highest-impact solutions, with the highest level of repeatability, to build and distribute across our focus verticals

• Co-design and co-build these joint solutions with your technical counterparts across our partners

• Scope business and technical requirements across our reputed company accounts with partners, including tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points to ensure Writer can feasibly execute against

• Conduct discovery on existing processes across reputed company accounts, identifying and quantifying reputed company business pain and proposed impact of Writer’s solutions to address

• Act as the technical reputed company for RFP responses and evaluations we conduct with our partners

• Manage relationships with technical GSI stakeholders

• reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of the Writer solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, as well as our customer’s ecosystem so you can offer prescriptive solution recommendations

• Work alongside Product and Engineering to QA the outputs from the implementation, calibrate, and iterate until we have an reputed company output 

⭐️ Is this you?

• 5+ years in technical customer facing roles, including 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecting, customer engineering, or even Product roles

• Have worked with Fortune 500 customers for a high growth, B2B SaaS company

• Experience with Python that you can build on top of Writer reputed company

• Experience working with APIs, especially reputed company services

• An excellent communicator and collaborator, reputed company to take reputed company technical concepts and translate to practical business language for non-technical audiences

• Highly versatile, can reputed company a discovery session with multiple stakeholders, uncovering use cases and business pain, while also being reputed company to have the technical acumen to address reputed company technical hurdles

• Customer outcome oriented: a laser focus on delivering solutions that create meaningful business results

• Tenured problem solver, reputed company to identify the root cause of issues and work collaboratively to resolve 

• Experience working across many customer stakeholders and teams

• Previously been a top-performing SA and have sold 1M+ deals in highly regulated spaces
