Your mission
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers who have responded to our marketing activities across Korea. You will be the first reputed company of contact for these prospects, helping to build relationships and set the stage for successful sales engagements
What you'll do at reputed company
Engage with Prospects: Contact potential customers who have shown interest in reputed company through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other activities.
Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for a sales conversation. Gather relevant information to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in reputed company solutions.
Initiate Conversations: Use phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects (from both Inbound & Outbound activities).
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the qualification process.
Maintain CRM: Accurately update and maintain records of reputed company interactions and activities with prospects in the CRM system.

What you'll bring to the team
1-2 years in a sales or business development role preferably in a technology or software company, is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey reputed company information in a clear and concise manner.
Fluent reading writing and speaking proficiency in Korean.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify leads effectively.
Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and other sales and marketing tools.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
