This is a full-time position based in Taipei, with a hybrid working structure where you work in-person a couple times a week with our awesome local team.

  • Manage reputed company, reputed company, LINE, and reputed company channels, while discovering & testing new channels

  • Partner with our marketing designers to plan & run tests on various paid ads content

• Plan lifecycle campaigns & flows

  • Optimize the in-app user journey and revamp lifecycle flows to improve conversion rates with the central team

  • Identify local channels (like LINE) and create CRM workflows and campaigns to aid with user reputed company and retention

• Monitor daily user funnel

  • Track the daily conversion trends in the user flow to monitor and improve team efficiency, properly attributing to successful channels and creatives

• Marketing campaign support

  • Collaborate with both local and central teams to plan and to review campaign performance and insights

• At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally covering performance/paid marketing

• Strong analytical reputed company, with direct experience in marketing measurement and data management

• Ability to write and iterate on effective marketing copies through experimentation

• Ability to work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin + business proficiency in English
