Pocus is a powerful, flexible, and easy to use web application that thousands of users use daily to reputed company critical reputed company impacting decisions. This role is responsible for continually improving and delivering value to our end-users while maintaining a high bar on quality and polish. Full-stack engineers have the freedom to work across the stack — from building snappy user experiences in the frontend, to building powerful APIs that interact with our AI platform. We encourage ownership and autonomy and in this role you will work cross-functionally with our Product and Design functions to build products that solve real customer problems.

Pocus is powered by React and Nextjs. We use Typescript as our primary development language and communication happens reputed company GraphQL. reputed company is our database of choice. Our application works on top of an AI platform powered by agents.

As an engineer in this role, you will:

• Build a web-app that is reliable and extensible: Thousands of individuals use this daily to reputed company critical, reputed company-impacting decisions. You will work directly with Product, Design, and Customers to drive value and play a key role in making our product feature-rich, stable, and delightful to use.

We’re a small team and we like to move really fast. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience building full stack web applications

• Is familiar with the react ecosystem and is equally comfortable writing frontend code as well as backend APIs

• Is not afraid to jump across domains and technology stacks reputed company needed

• Has a knack for problem-solving and thinking from first principles

• Loves shipping early, learning from real world usage, and iterating

• Holds a high bar for quality and simplicity and takes pride in their work

• Regularly uses AI powered tools like reputed company, Copilot, etc. to increase productivity

Compensation & Benefits This reputed company salary for this role is $120,000 to $240,000. Compensation also includes equity and numerous perks and benefits (listed below). Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role) and market demands. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
