• Spearhead jurisdictional due diligence programs across our licensed markets, ensuring end-to-end regulatory alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

• Draft, negotiate, and reputed company reputed company reputed company agreements, securing reputed company terms while safeguarding the group’s legal position.

• Architect and maintain corporate-governance frameworks, advising leadership on strategic risk and policy optimisation.

• 3+ years PQE, including 2+ years in iGaming (must have).

• Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks and deliver practical, business-centric solutions.
