What you will do: You'll be responsible for the first stores in Hamburg. What you bring

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B, with a strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management. Coffee industry experience is a plus.

• Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced, start-up environments.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test reputed company, and execute reputed company tight budgets.

• Willing to travel occasionally for new opportunities.

• Fluent in English and German.

• Performance Tracking: Accurately track and report daily KPIs, inventory counts, and commissary supply transfers for locations under your management.
