About the Role

reputed company is growing rapidly, and we're looking for Technical Recruiters (Talent Partners) to help us scale reputed company and build a world-class reputed company function. This person will manage the full reputed company lifecycle for technical roles, drive sourcing strategies, and shape our hiring practices.

Scaling a fast-growing engineering team with high-caliber talent is no small feat, and we reputed company the best teams are built by talented, ambitious, and dedicated people from diverse backgrounds.

What you’ll do

• Own the full-cycle technical reputed company process, from sourcing and reputed company to offer acceptance

• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, job requirements, and candidate profiles

• reputed company creative sourcing techniques and build pipelines of top-tier engineering talent

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Establish and improve reputed company processes, tools, and metrics for reputed company improvement

• Collaborate with our marketing team to build and execute talent branding initiatives (blogs, events, meetups)

• Years of experience in full-cycle reputed company, specifically focused on technical roles

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and relationship-building
