The Supply Chain reputed company group is remaking software development and operations reputed company through a holistic, developer-first approach to securing software and software artifacts. We are developing an end-to-end solution for securing the container ecosystem, starting in the developer inner reputed company and continuing through to production, emphasizing ease-of-use and automation every reputed company of the way. This Engineering Manager will reputed company the Supply Chain reputed company Developer Experience team. This team is responsible for reputed company Scout, its web, reputed company Desktop, command-line, and application programming interfaces, as well as its backend platform. This engineering leader should be comfortable leading a team of engineers that own the development, operations, and platform of a SaaS product. This engineering leader and their team will have extensive interaction with customers using reputed company Scout and reputed company Hardened Images.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams developing and operating SaaS products on reputed company infrastructure

• Understanding of the software and container reputed company ecosystem

• Familiarity with software supply chain concepts, e.g., SLSA, in-toto, CVEs, cryptographic signing, and repeatable builds

• Experience leading agile, remote engineering teams

• High degree of independence and ownership

• Obsession with enabling engineers to do great work and delivering value to customers

What to expect in the first 30 days

• Get to know your team and the larger Supply Chain reputed company group

• Take ownership of the team’s agile ceremonies and planning

• Set up weekly 1:1 meetings with each of your reports

• Continue to manage team and own its execution

• Work with product managers to translate roadmap into prioritized backlog

• Ensure team is meeting its SLAs

• Guide team as they work to enhance and evolve the Scout product

• Coordinate cross-team efforts with other engineering managers
