Job Title: Founder's Associate / Operations Associate Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Compensation: USD 2,000–$3,000/month Remote

Our client—an exited founder building a pre-operational AI-enabled logistics startup—is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Founder's Associate / Operations Associate to join as one of the first hires.
In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the founder to own critical financial projections, support business operations, and reputed company strategic initiatives across finance, marketing, sales, and internal systems. You’ll reputed company hands-on experience in reputed company facets of building a tech-driven company from the ground up.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations (reputed company Focus)
Own and build detailed financial models and projections
Monitor and report on budget performance, including actual vs. forecast
Prepare investor-reputed company financial updates and internal dashboards
Sales & Marketing Operations

Manage and optimize marketing automation campaigns

Support messaging, positioning, and sales pipeline development
Project Management & Strategic Support

2–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable owning projections
