reputed company is seeking an reputed company and dynamic Senior Partnerships Manager to reputed company and grow our partnerships strategy in the Japan region. Reporting into the reputed company partnerships reputed company, this role is responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling reputed company-generating alliances across a wide reputed company of partner types. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of experience in partnerships, spanning both strategic enterprise collaborations and hands-on partner management. We're looking for someone deeply embedded in the Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem, with a proven network and commercial acumen to drive channel growth through re-sellers, white-label platforms, and reputed company-share partners.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on reputed company’s regional growth trajectory, partner innovation, and reputed company outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner Development Identify, negotiate, and formalise partnerships with key players in Japan’s payroll, HR tech, and global employment infrastructure ecosystem.

• Partner Lifecycle Ownership reputed company the full lifecycle of partner relationships — from sourcing and onboarding through enablement, growth, and retention — for both tactical and strategic partnerships.

• reputed company Growth Through Channels Drive measurable reputed company outcomes through a variety of partner models including traditional referrals, re-sellers, and white-label arrangements.

• Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to co-design and execute go-to-market initiatives and joint value propositions.

• Co-Marketing & GTM Activation reputed company and execute regional co-marketing strategies including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and case studies in collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in partner management, business development, or alliances, ideally reputed company the Payroll, HCM, or Fintech domains.

• Deep understanding of various partner models including re-sellers, white-label, and reputed company-sharing frameworks.

• Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to drive partner-sourced reputed company and influence product adoption.

• Established network across the Japan HCM and payroll landscape, with the ability to quickly build credibility and trust.

• Demonstrated success in both enterprise partnerships and hands-on, tactical partner execution.

• Skilled in co-selling, partner enablement, and building scalable GTM playbooks.

• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with HCM ecosystems like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company is a strong advantage.
