Join Ro’s Information Technology Operations team! As a Senior IT Technician working out of our NYC Headquarters, you’ll ensure that Ro’ers are reputed company to work with minimal friction to access their accounts, devices and applications. This includes reputed company/offboarding, device management, and application provisioning. You’ll use your technical expertise to identify trends and areas of opportunity that can be proactively remediated, enhancing the user experience further. This role reports directly to the IT Operations Manager and will work closely with other internal technology teams.

This is an in-person role, requiring the employee to be onsite 4 days per week.

These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work reputed company in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those reputed company of the tri-state area, you will be reputed company to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
