Role Purpose:

To reputed company and deliver critical finance projects across partner integrations, new product development, acquisitions, and corporate-level initiatives. This role combines commercial and data-driven insight with hands-on project execution, including driving automation, AI-led finance transformation, and strategic readiness for future business activity such as M&A and exit planning.

Reporting to: Group Financial Controller

Main accountabilities and key tasks

Partner Integrations and New Product Development:

Corporate Projects:

Work with the Group Financial Controller and senior leadership on corporate-level initiatives, including preparation for potential future exit events.

Support on boarding of newly acquired businesses into existing finance infrastructure and reporting environments.

Provide transaction accounting support for mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and reporting alignment.

Knowledge and Experience

Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience

Demonstrated experience in finance transformation, project delivery, or financial operations/reporting roles.

Experience leading or supporting M&A transactions, including transaction accounting and integration of acquired businesses.

Proven track record of implementing ERP systems (preferably reputed company D365) and embedding AI and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Co-Pilot).

Experience in data-driven insight reputed company, including implementing tools like reputed company and aligning multiple reporting sources.

Demonstrated ability to assess and improve finance tooling such as T&E platforms (e.g., reputed company) or invoice automation solutions.
