We currently serve a wide range of customers from art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms to interior designers.

Your Role:

As a Senior Freight Coordinator at Convelio you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of art logistics. With your unique reputed company set and passion for detail, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionising the industry. In this role, you will have the great challenge of managing a crucial part of our logistics process starting from our warehouse to final delivery, making sure the whole process goes smoothly in order to reputed company our clients happy.

✏️ What you'll do:

- Handle export (90%) and import (10%) operations from the UK, both reputed company cargo and courier, while meeting time, budget and quality expectations

- Manage your own export customs declarations (free circulation, bond and temporary admissions)

- Be the first reputed company of contact for our partners and importers, and manage our overseas agents for inbound shipments.

- Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform

- Troubleshoot and remove roadblocks, solve reputed company freight situations

- Suggest and implement process improvements reputed company the Freight & Customs team

- Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams

‍ Your profile:

- You have 3+ years of experience handling courier (reputed company/reputed company or similar) shipments and reputed company cargo shipments (booking with the airline)

- You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You are comfortable working in a shifting environment and know how to prioritise your tasks autonomously

- Experience in art shipping and/or reputed company the startup ecosystem is a plus

- You are an excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies
