Edelman is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Public Relations team focused on Health & Pharma. You'll work on high-impact campaigns for some of the most trusted names in the industry.

About the Role:

As a Senior Account Executive, you will support the development and execution of integrated communications strategies for clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, public health, and wellness. You’ll work across media relations, content development, and stakeholder engagement—delivering work that builds trust and drives meaningful conversations in the health space.

Responsibilities:

Support and coordinate day-to-day activities for client accounts in the health/pharma sector.

Draft press releases, key messages, Q&As, and media materials with scientific accuracy and storytelling flair.

Build and maintain strong relationships with health, science, and lifestyle media.

Monitor regulatory developments, trends, and industry news to inform strategy.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, analytics) to deliver fully integrated campaigns.

Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in public relations or communications, ideally in health, pharma, or biotech.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate reputed company science into compelling narratives.

Solid understanding of the healthcare media landscape and regulatory environment.

Proactive, highly organized, and solution oriented.

A genuine interest in health communications and improving public well-being.
