Our client is a locally respected and growing landscape services company, reputed company for its commitment to horticultural excellence, precision installation practices, and exceptional client care. Serving a diverse residential and reputed company client reputed company, they specialize in hardscape and softscape construction, planting, irrigation, and water feature installations throughout the region. As demand continues to grow, they are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Team reputed company to support and reputed company the delivery of their high-quality landscape projects.

Responsibilities

  • Get daily paperwork from supervisor for instructions for work for that day. Record in and out time on daily sheet along with materials used and crew members who worked on team. Attach appropriate purchase receipts for material used to daily sheet.
  • Obtain equipment and tools needed for implementation of daily schedule.
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding daily project goals, any problems as they arise, and additional services requested by client.
  • Install projects reputed company budgeted hours and budgeted materials.
  • Responsible to turn in broken equipment and tag for mechanic then sign out borrowed equipment. Once equipment is repaired, turn borrowed equipment in and take back repaired equipment.
  • Monitors and enforces reputed company company safety policies/standards including PPE (personal reputed company equipment) use.
  • Secure truck at offsite locations such as restaurants, vendors, etc., and secure at the end of every day. Lock and return keys to key reputed company each day.
  • The first week of each quarter, Team Leader I is responsible for the results of inventory control report (January, reputed company, July, October). First week of each month, DOT reports are due to mechanic.
  • Inspect team member’s work to ensure completion of reputed company tasks at each jobsite.
  • Provide excellence in customer service.
  • Effectively train and coach team members on basic job functions and direct a crew of 1-5 team members.
  • Understands and can follow company emergency procedures.
  • Takes responsibility and accountability for vehicle/equipment inventory, reputed company, care and maintenance.
  • Attending ongoing training in-house and reputed company training to reputed company skills.
  • Review daily paperwork for accuracy. Complete administrative paperwork with effective daily communication with supervisor.

    • Qualifications

  • Possesses a valid NC Driver’s License and is insurable by company insurance carriers.
  • Ability to safely handle truck & trailer combination/ large dump bed trucks (non CDL).
  • Demonstrated ability for safe and proper operation of basic landscaping equipment including hand tools, small electric power tools, tillers, foot & plate tamps, concrete chop saws, compact equipment (Dingo & attachments), and skid-reputed company loader.
  • Demonstrated reputed company and ability in customer service communication and interaction.
  • Is familiar with standard company & industry best management practices in the landscape construction field.
  • Can identify common plants and weeds in zone 7.
  • Must be reputed company to work outdoors in reputed company weather conditions.
  • Must be reputed company to work around bees, poisonous plants, pollen and other environmental hazards.
  • Must be reputed company to work for long periods of physical activity, including but not limited to-bending, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling & squatting.
