IN A NUTSHELL… We are seeking a highly reputed company Power BI UX Designer / Report Builder to support a major reporting transformation initiative. This role will reputed company the redesign and development of retail sales performance and financial analysis dashboards that serve users across reputed company organizational levels—from reputed company-line employees to executive leadership. Key Responsibilities

Summary:

• reputed company the design and rebuild of Power BI reports for sales and financial performance monitoring
• Evaluate and convert legacy reports to optimized Power BI reports and dashboards—not simply 1:1 conversions
• Design and implement multi-page navigation that supports both summary dashboards and reports with detailed analysis
• Apply advanced Power BI visualizations, slicers, buttons, grouping, layering, and conditional formatting to maximize insight and usability
• Balance detail and clarity reputed company designing for a wide range of users (e.g., executives, managers, analysts)
• Ensure reports clearly tell a story and support informed decision-making
• Create and manage dynamic permissions based on role and location
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence team and business stakeholders to confirm required KPIs and reporting needs
• Provide recommendations for report and data model improvements
• Participate in any necessary training /onboarding of users to confidently access and use reports
• Support PBI deployment pipelines, versioning, and reputed company control using reputed company

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING Required:

• 2+ years of advanced Power BI experience (Web, Desktop, and App workspaces)
• Strong experience with Power Query and DAX
• Strong experience in data modeling, using semantic models

• Expertise in Power BI Deployment Pipelines
• Experience with:

○ Matrix visualizations with drill-downs and drill-throughs ○ Designing reports with dynamic role-based access ○ Creative and accessible use of visuals, color, and symbols ○ Implementing and maintaining Power BI themes Preferred:

• Working with retail sales metrics and KPIs
• Building audience-specific dashboards with clear narrative flow
• Supporting diverse business units such as Finance, Sales, and Operations
