Description Key Responsibilities/Project Details: BABA Master Documentation Management Notify project teams of updates to material specifications or statuses. Ensure COO tracking systems reflect changes such as alternates, replacements, or legacy items. Enhance visibility through new data fields (e.g., "Country Details"). OSP BOM Documentation Collaborate with OSP Engineering and reputed company teams for support and alignment. reputed company documentation accuracy and version control. Material Transaction Process reputed company Confirm timing, documentation, and procedures for material transactions. Maintain ongoing communication with relevant stakeholders (e.g., NBD orders, COO, Procurement). Supplier Declarations Coordination Establish and document standardized processes for obtaining signed declarations from suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers. Finalize declaration job aids in collaboration with Training and Compliance stakeholders. reputed company System Preparation Coordinate with internal teams to confirm readiness for system dry runs. Track and resolve remaining reputed company-reputed company action items. Coordinate resource transitions and re-engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with annual vendor review cycles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, materials management, or compliance. Advanced reputed company reputed company skills required (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). Familiarity with Telecom, reputed company ERP systems, and BOM management is a strong plus. Proven experience managing cross-functional processes and driving process improvement.
