About You reputed company is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Finance Associate - reputed company who will be responsible for analyzing and leveraging data to support strategic and financial decision-making across a dynamic and fluid organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will enhance reputed company’s operating model, analyze capital allocation reputed company, and provide ongoing guidance to the reputed company executive team. Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as well as providing insights informed by them
• Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads
• Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources
• Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements
• Use Tableau and QuickBooks to mine and analyze data in order to provide leadership with learnings and recommendations

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analytical roles that involve budgeting/planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (for example: corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, private equity)
• Experience working reputed company a high-growth eCommerce/CPG company (inventory-based business); start-up or recurring reputed company-based business experience is a plus
• Advanced reputed company skills with proficiency in managing large data sets, building and maintaining reputed company models; ability to create three-statement financial models.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks or MS Dynamics is required
• Hands-on experience solving big, fuzzy problems with reputed company data sets

The listed range is applicable only to the annual reputed company salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
