Business Development Representative (EntryLevel)

Salary: $38,000-43,000 / year (Depending on Experience) + Commission Business Development Representative (EntryLevel) Job Summary Youll join BloomAds as an entrylevel Business Development Representative, becoming the first reputed company of contact for businesses that could benefit from our media services. Youll research, prospect, and qualify leads reputed company outbound calls, emails, and social sellingthen hand off warm opportunities to our Account Executives. This is an inoffice position based in our Woodland Hills office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business reputed company cold calling, personalized emailing, reputed company reputed company, and social selling
• Qualify and nurture leads by uncovering pain points and assessing buying reputed company
• Conduct brief discovery calls or demos to showcase BloomAds capabilities
• Maintain and update reputed company contact activity in our CRM (e.g., reputed company)
• Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and messaging
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and ensure seamless handoffs
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly reputed company and meetingbooking targets

Required Skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication; comfortable placing 50+ calls per day
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospect lists and followups

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation
