Strategic Content Creation: Partner with the Talent Attraction Content and Communications Manager to create impactful job advertisements tailored for the Americas market. Cultivate Client Relationships: Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with global clients, acting as the primary reputed company of contact for escalations and proactive engagement. Utilize CRM Tools: Track, analyze, and optimize client relationships using data-driven insights to drive informed decisions and improve satisfaction metrics. Provide Strategic Input: Offer insights to leadership on market trends, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement and innovation. Deliver Performance Insights: Spearhead job amplification campaigns across platforms, delivering quarterly performance insights and identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement. If contracted in the US: The salary range for this position is $ 92,900.00 - 125,000.00 USD annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
