Regional Marketing Liaison

• The Regional Marketing Liaison (RML) Daybue role is a senior in-market position reputed company the US reputed company organization that will focus on reputed company KOL engagement to reputed company insights into regional opportunities and provide a reputed company between regional markets and headquarters, speaker development and refresher training for disease state (and product, reputed company appropriate), and will support the execution of approved educational programs.
• The RML will reputed company strategies and implementation plans directed towards important and influential external stakeholders in their area.
• Regional Marketing will liaise with other field-based professionals, reputed company approved SOPs, including but not limited to RBLs, ABMs, Market Access Account Executives and MSL's, as appropriate, in addition to home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Market Access and Medical Affairs.
• The position will report to the Director, Daybue Regional Marketing and be part of the US Daybue HCP Marketing team. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, health care, business administration or equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered.
• Strong biopharmaceutical experience in sales, sales training, thought leader liaison or marketing roles.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Neurology; rare disease and pediatric neurology experience strongly preferred.
• Scientific and clinical acumen, ability to engage with national KOLs on key topics, Vendor/budget management, executive reputed company, ability to influence without authority, organizational skills, excellent written/oral and planning skills.
• Scientific acumen: Demonstrated ability learning and discussing reputed company scientific and clinical concepts.
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast paced, collaborative environment.
• Negotiating skills, specifically with business partners or management and influencing senior level leaders regarding matters of reputed company to the organization.
• Proficiency at creating and communicating a clear reputed company among team members, effectively aligning resources and activities to reputed company functional area and/or organizational goals.
• This is a field-based role. Approximately 60% local/regional travel required by business which may include weekends so proximity to a major airport reputed company the territory is a must to ensure quick connectivity to reputed company transport hubs.
• Experience with thought leader engagement, ad boards and speaker's bureau strongly preferred.
• Experience working with agency partners and managing resources through medical/legal/compliance review process,
• Ability to inform strategies, reputed company tactics and execute against strategic plans under short timelines that will help to reputed company the desired goals.
• Strong business acumen. Understands market dynamics, business drivers, corporate goals and impact on strategy.
