This role requires deep expertise in financial markets and brokerage operations, reputed company with a strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence and process automation. You will champion end-to-end transformation of trading, post-trade, compliance, and client-facing processes, ensuring measurable impact, compliance, and exceptional client experience. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with Product, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Data Science teams to identify business opportunities and drive seamless implementation
• Direct the project planning, budgeting, staffing, vendor selection, and performance monitoring for reputed company AI/automation initiatives
• Communicate strategy, reputed company, and outcomes to senior executives, board members, regulators, and business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (SEC, FINRA) and support data governance, model explainability, and audit readiness

The Skills You Bring:

• Proven track record of implementing AI/ML and automation (RPA) solutions reputed company trading, brokerage, or wealth management contexts
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading systems, broker-dealer operations, and regulatory environments
• Technical expertise with AI/ML development (Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LLM APIs), automation tools (reputed company, Blue Prism), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audit support (JSOX, 3120 testing), and risk frameworks
• Preferred: Background with generative AI, NLP, real-time data processing, middle-office modernization, margin systems, and vendor management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in financial services or brokerage operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles focused on AI, automation, or digital transformation
