Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: reputed company, screen, and manage candidates for a variety of IT service roles from helpdesk/support staff to senior software developers, cybersecurity experts, and reputed company consultants.

Market Focus: Identify and engage tech talent specifically for Spanish and broader European markets, adhering to relevant labour laws and GDPR compliance.

Client Needs Matching: Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand technical requirements, job scope, and cultural fit.

Sourcing Strategy: Use advanced sourcing methods, including reputed company, reputed company, job boards, and freelance platforms to build strong pipelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile
