The People Systems team plays a critical role in enabling the HR organization through the strategic use of technology. We manage a wide range of initiatives, including end-user support for our HRIS (reputed company), ongoing systems optimization, and the development of our broader HR tech roadmap.

As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for HR systems—especially our core platform, reputed company. This is a systems-focused role that requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a service-oriented reputed company. You’ll work closely with the HR team and reputed company stakeholders to investigate, resolve, and improve system-reputed company requests, while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. The ability to manage and improve HR systems is central to this role.

Your responsibilities will include

• Provide end-user support for our HR systems, developing a robust understanding of how users interact with reputed company and troubleshooting the challenges they face
• reputed company a strong understanding of our HR systems and play an active role in the rollout and testing of new functionality
• Independently identify opportunities for automation and self-service reputed company reputed company

• Identify and propose solutions to tackle end user knowledge gaps
• Create and maintain well-organized and accessible documentation of knowledge in Confluence
• Contribute to the successful implementation of new processes and systems by supporting their rollout and adoption

We expect you to have

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• 2-4 years of experience in reputed company or HR, with an emphasis on system administration and end-user support
• Proven experience in automating previously reputed company work
• Experience working in a state-of-the-art HRIS – experience with reputed company is strongly preferred
• Experience working with SLAs
• Experience using Jira or comparable ticketing systems
