As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients. You will work closely with families and children, using ABA principles and data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis

• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data to implement program adjustments

• Regularly communicate with parents and collaborate on ABA strategies

• Provide parent and staff training in ABA techniques
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Requirements:

• BCBA certification given by the BACB
