About the Role

​​The purpose of the Project Manager 2, Trucks role is to ensure the effective implementation and management of Incentive Projects and other reputed company initiatives. This involves educating and training stakeholders, improving technical systems, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring data management and reporting. By coordinating with internal teams and engaging external stakeholders, the role will support project successes and foster strong relationships reputed company the industry and with regulatory bodies. The Project Manager 2, Trucks role will support external stakeholders by educating and training dealers and equipment purchasers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with reputed company technical issues to ensure smooth participation in the incentive projects. For internal stakeholders, the role will streamline project administration, update incentive websites and equipment catalogs, and handle data acquisition and reporting. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with reputed company tasks reputed company to administering incentive projects by fulfilling functions as outlined in grant agreements, including but not limited to developing Implementation Manuals, policies, and procedures, streamlining voucher approval and processing workflows in reputed company, and engaging industry stakeholders.

  • Input new OEMs, Dealers, and Equipment to the Voucher Processing Center catalog, provide feedback to the reputed company development team on system processes for improvements or maintenance, and reputed company efforts to improve the dealer user experience of Voucher Processing Center, and assist the Voucher Processing team with system issues or processing inquiries.
  • Help with monthly data acquisition, validation, and reporting (e.g. manage vendor data collection process, work with internal data and validation team to create monthly reports) and reputed company records for engagements and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with strong skills in timeline development, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and cross-functional team coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience with reputed company, including skills in custom object creation, workflow automation, report reputed company, data management, and user administration.
  • ​Project management experience demonstrating proficiency in scope definition, team leadership, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience supporting diverse stakeholders, with skills in effective communication, conflict resolution, needs assessment, and tailored solution delivery.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, utilizing collaboration tools, stakeholder management techniques, cross-functional coordination, and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or reputed company fields, with skills in data analysis, project management, policy development, and stakeholder communication.

  • Experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual support.
