Account Director - Madrid (Spain)
API is seeking a seasoned Account Director to join our company in the Madrid, Spain region. The position will be based remotely and will involve managing existing client relationships, sourcing new destinations, and executing hotel contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the travel industry and a strong understanding of client needs and business goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the travel industry
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or reputed company field
- Strong reputed company Office computer skills, with emphasis on reputed company
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and client relationship skills
- Ability to work with and understand diverse cultures here and abroad
- An organized self-starter who can work proactively and independently
- Able to multi task and work well under strict deadlines and fast paced environment
- Bi-lingual in English / Spanish is a plus
Benefits
- Good faith salary compensation range for this position is 50,000 to 69,000 Euro annually
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
