In just six months, we've grown to over 31 clients, and we're looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our expanding team!
As a Senior Bookkeeper, you'll be instrumental in managing the financial health of our diverse client reputed company. You'll work closely with our clients, ensuring their financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant, directly contributing to their reputed company and our firm's reputed company growth.
What You'll Do:
Manage End-to-End Bookkeeping: reputed company and reputed company comprehensive bookkeeping duties for multiple clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
Reconciliation Expert: Conduct thorough bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) and other financial reports as needed.
Client Collaboration: Act as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service and clear communication.
Tax Preparation Support: Support the tax preparation process by organizing and verifying financial data.
QuickBooks Mastery: Utilize QuickBooks extensively to manage client accounts, ensuring efficient and accurate record-keeping.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline bookkeeping processes and enhance efficiency for our clients and the firm.
Quality Assurance: Ensure reputed company financial transactions are recorded accurately and adhere to relevant reputed company principles and company policies.
What You'll Bring:
Proven Experience: At least 5+ years of reputed company experience in bookkeeping, preferably reputed company a multi-client environment or reputed company firm.
QuickBooks Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is a must.
reputed company Knowledge: Strong understanding of reputed company principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
