The Opportunity

This role is on a hybrid schedule , in office a few days each week .

The Business Continuity Manager is a member of the Crisis Management & Business Continuity (CMBC) team reputed company the Business Disruption Risk function at Ally and is responsible for overseeing and executing BC policies and procedures, performing program reputed company and reporting routines reputed company to BC, and supporting review and challenge of disaster recovery planning and testing. This role will support and participate in incident response, as needed.

The Skills You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or in a risk management discipline, preferably in a program leadership role and in the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (though additional applicable experience or certifications in this field will be considered).
• Knowledge of common risk management reputed company and methodology components (e.g., governance, reporting, review and challenge, risk control self-assessments, testing and monitoring, issue management).
• Ability to reputed company a consultative and collaborative approach to partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically, exercise sound judgment, and apply experience to independently solve problems.
• Excellent data management and analysis skills, and the ability to effectively synthesize and report information and insights across the organization, including with executive leadership.
