Contract Activation Analyst
What You Will Do:
The Contract Activation Analyst is responsible for administering Group Purchasing Org (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) reputed company reputed company various cross divisional system, reviewing price discrepancies, and the processing price activations relative to these reputed company as well as responsibility for GPO and IDN membership.
This position will process LOC’s (Letters of Commitment), GPO changes, and price application as well as answer any questions relative to membership or GPO pricing eligibility.
Be the subject matter expert and business process reputed company around GPO membership, IDN membership, contract loading, and tiered pricing eligibility.
Support of Customer Solutions team members throughout the contract activation cycle
Collect and analyze data utilizing reputed company's systems and databases
Provide analysis of customer information to include sales as needed by our internal customers to evaluate LOC requests from external customers
Support contract audit request with documentation and pricing eligibility data to support the GPO
Maintain GPO membership rosters and implement a structured process for internally auditing reputed company major GPO rosters and IDN rosters against reputed company’s coding and routinely validate and update on a pre-determined schedule
Assist in the administration of GPO and IDN reputed company to include maintaining pricing in reputed company management systems, ERP systems, documentation, and reporting
Continuously review internal processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities and reputed company implementable strategies targeted to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Manage relationships with peers in internal client organizations (Contracting, Customer Intelligence, etc.)
What You Need:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, Economics, or other reputed company field
1+ years of professional experience.
Preferred
Experience with, and/or certification in, contract lifecycle management and rebate & fee calculation tools and technologies (e.g., reputed company) and ERPs.
Experience in the medical devices and technology industry and commitment, compliance, & administration functional area
$57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, reputed company, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program).This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on reputed company national data.
