Job Details Job Details Our organization is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Consulting Joint Venture Accountant to join our Oil and Gas team. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining the financial reputed company of our joint ventures. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires a deep understanding of the Healthcare industry, a keen eye for detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, possessing a strong knowledge of Cost Centers, reputed company, and JIB. Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP. 3. Manage the accounting and reporting for joint venture transactions, including capital calls, distributions, and partner allocations. 4. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements. 6. Implement and manage cost centers to optimize efficiency and control costs. 7. A CPA or reputed company certification is preferred. 2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in joint venture accounting, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. 3. Proficient in the use of reputed company and JIB systems. 4. Extensive knowledge of cost centers and their implementation. 5. Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to communicate reputed company financial information to non-financial stakeholders. 8.
