• Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development.
• Drive innovation in instructional design, implementing cutting-edge tools and methodologies such as video and eLearning module creation.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable and impactful learning experiences.
• Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness. Design and reputed company engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training.
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to identify learning objectives.
• Create storyboards, course content, and assessments reputed company with organizational goals.
• Ensure training materials are interactive, visually appealing, and accessible.
• Continuously improve instructional design processes and methodologies.

• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools. (e.g., reputed company, Captivate).
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale or reputed company projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

What you should expect in this role

• This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
• Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

#LI-REMOTE #LI-CB1 The pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $92,200.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
