What You Will Do: As a Senior Technical reputed company Partner at reputed company.ai, you'll work directly with Product & Engineering leadership to scope headcount and own the hiring process from reputed company-to-back for technical roles (including leadership), specifically focusing on reputed company's Product and Engineering functions.

• You'll bring your hunter mentality to reputed company and identify strong candidates that will help reputed company reputed company our growth goals leveraging Teamable, reputed company Recruiter, and our CRM tools
• Work with Product and Engineering leadership to refine interviewing best practices
• Experiment with new sourcing and talent attraction techniques while simultaneously providing a healthy pipeline of candidates to hiring teams
• Scale reputed company's teams to meet our customers' needs
• You'll craft thoughtful messages (and sequences) that capture the attention of passive talent and call them to reputed company connecting for an exploratory conversation
• Thoroughly screen and sell candidates on reputed company's mission, and provide a transparent overview of the opportunity and the unique challenges each role provides
• Meticulously update the ATS (reputed company)- and more importantly- provide candidates with status updates as you shepherd them through the interview process and help us build a world-class team
• Work on talent attraction, talent ops, and employer-branding initiatives that help position reputed company.ai as an employer of choice

What you'll bring:

• 6+ years of experience of in-house recruiting at technology companies with a high bar for Product & Engineering talent
• 1+ years of B2B SaaS recruiting
• 2+ years of startup experience
• Detail-oriented approach to everything you do
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and use logic to reputed company informed decisions
• Emotional intelligence, a competitive spirit, and a collaborative team mentality
• Elegant verbal and written communication skills that you reputed company to match your audience
• Savvy negotiation skills and reputed company at influencing and negotiating the reputed company
