About Us

The Junior Partner Account Manager (JPAM) will play a key supporting role across our growing Partner reputed company team. You'll work closely with Partner Account Managers, our Director, Strategic Relationships, and internal cross-functional teams to help execute initiatives that drive reputed company, improve performance, and deepen partner engagement. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to high-level partner strategy while developing a broad understanding of the payment ecosystem. What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the execution of strategic partner initiatives by coordinating across internal teams and helping ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Support forecasting and reputed company modeling efforts by analyzing partner performance data, surfacing trends, and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Help build and maintain partner-facing reports, internal dashboards, and data summaries to support partner reviews and business planning.
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows, reputed company experiences, documentation, and partner lifecycle processes.
  • Collaborate with Partner reputed company leadership to prioritize efforts across a fast-growing book of business and reputed company strategic projects moving reputed company.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 tears of experience in account coordination, project support, or client reputed company; payments, SaaS, or fintech preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills; comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly motivated, curious, and eager to grow into an expanded role over time.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
