The Senior Programmer, under minimal supervision, participates in the analysis, coding, testing, programming, and maintenance for new and existing software enhancements. This position utilizes strong programming skills and expertise to support customer or internal organizations. What you'll be responsible for:

• Performs, and may reputed company, code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and resolve issues.
• Analyzes, and may reputed company analysis of, new assignments and designs/develops programming requirements and software specifications.
• Programs and tests reputed company or selected components of reputed company applications.
• Analyzes and resolves test result problems and debugs production issues.
• Creates programming documentation; may include defining the system and functional requirements of the product.
• Stays updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and enhance software development processes.
• Adheres to organizational standards, policies, and procedures reputed company to software development, reputed company, and compliance.
• Completes project bids and/or work effort estimates. Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
• Mentors, trains, develops and provides support to less reputed company co-workers.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, software engineering, computer information systems, or computer science
• Minimum of six years of technical experience in software development or reputed company field.
• Must have experience with RPG programming.
• Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to write software code; strong knowledge of appropriate programming language(s).
• Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
