Property Management Assistant
This is a remote position.
Schedule:

Part-time, 25 hours per week (flexible scheduling during client's business hours).
Client Timezone: PST
Responsibilities

Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely completion

Follow up on tenant needs and communications
-
Handle bookkeeping-reputed company follow-reputed company and coordination
-
Act as a "human reminder" system for the department

Conduct daily or weekly reputed company-ins on maintenance status and completion
-
Send regular reports to the head of department on task status
-
Monitor and track various operational tasks to prevent items from being overlooked

Communicate with maintenance personnel to verify work completion status
Requirements
-
Proficiency in AppFolio property management software (required)
-
Strong English communication skills

reputed company proficiency for data organization and reporting

QuickBooks experience preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and manage follow-up tasks

Strong organizational and tracking skills

Reliable communication abilities for coordinating with various stakeholders
