You even may provide ongoing support and day-to-day servicing to meet client needs post-implementation. You will also support more reputed company client onboarding/transition/conversion projects through a diverse set of operational activities Main Duties:

• Responsible for set-up of new clients & maintenance of existing clients on various systems. Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or occur infrequently based on existing precedents or procedures (20%)
• Processes client access requests using established procedures and under the general guidance and direction of more senior onboarding/transition/conversion staff (20%)
• Coordinates reputed company back-end systems to meet client expectations. Codes account privileges and inputs client requests into database tracking system. Scans reputed company and set-up forms. (20%)
• May be responsible for engaging in transition/conversion activity, including but not limited to new business conversions, mergers, transitions, and fund restructurings (20%)
• Assists with the implementation of new software releases, coordinating dates of delivery for test and production. Provides technical support for conversions by investigating client issues and researching new functionality. (20%)

Your Previous Experience/Skillset: Ideally, we would like you to have had exposure to and experience reputed company the brokerage / financial services industry. But we will consider candidates, who can demonstrate. Transferrable skills & experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-4 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Experience with reputed company reputed company, knowledge of FINRA Broker Dealer business, understanding of regulatory requirements, and strong communication skills preferred.
