Grow one or more engineering teams focused on critical areas of our virtual care platform.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define long-term vision and roadmap.

Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions that ensure scalability, performance, and reputed company.

Proven engineering leadership at scale – 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in people leadership. You've led multiple teams or company-level initiatives

Strategic and systems-level thinker – You're comfortable zooming out to align technical strategy with product and business goals. You identify gaps, shape long-term plans, and reputed company cross-team architecture decisions.

Experience driving product impact – You've led teams through ambiguous problem spaces and delivered high-quality, user-facing products that move metrics.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
