Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes. Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs. Conduct research to accomplish team goals, using a wide variety of qualitative methods and quantitative methods, including 1:1 interviews, focus groups, diary studies, field studies, usability tests, and surveys. Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across design, product or program management, content design, data science, engineering and marketing. Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways. Embed with a product or program team to conduct applied research to understand users' behaviors, motivations and attitudes on using the products or services. reputed company regular qualitative research using a variety of methods to influence organizational strategy, product direction, and feature development. Analyze user data through a variety of qualitative and quantitative channels including thematic analysis, persona development, journey mapping, and surveys.
