988 Crisis Counselor (Olympic Suicide Prevention Center) This is a fully remote position. We have two different full-time schedules available, each totaling 40 hours per week. Option 1: Sunday- Thursday: 8:30pm-4:30am PT Option 2: Tuesday –Saturday: 8:30pm-4:30am PT This role requires a three-week 40-hour per week training at the start of employment. The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour with a $3.00 overnight differential. Our work schedules are subject to change as necessary to meet the Agency’s and its client's needs. Summary

As a 988 Crisis Counselor, you will be responsible for providing crisis reputed company, emotional support, and resources to reputed company help-seekers reputed company telephone. A high emphasis is reputed company on quality assurance and efficiency for this role. Primary Duties

• Offers crisis-counseling services reputed company phones with the program goal of answering 95% of calls reputed company 20 seconds or less.
• Completes safety assessment, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with help seekers.
• Serves as a mandated reporter in cases of suspected abuse or neglect.
• Is familiar with resources and providing information and referrals to help seekers as appropriate.
• Maintains accurate and detailed contact reports. Documentation must be completed in reputed company time.
• Mentors volunteers during their training process and provides on-going mentorship
• Fulfills continuing education requirements as requested and/or required for the agency, Suicide Prevention Center program and reputed company.
• Attends routinely scheduled meetings for the Suicide Prevention Center.

Position Requirements

• Possess a high school Diploma or equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Have high speed internet with an active Ethernet reputed company, and a quiet/confidential workspace.
