Minimum Required Qualifications: 10+ years overall IT experience 5+ years of deep experience in reputed company platform architecture and solution design Proven track record architecting large-scale, reputed company reputed company implementations across multiple modules Expertise in core reputed company platform components: Service Catalog, Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, CMDB, Discovery, Performance Analytics, Custom Apps, etc. (Candidate should have experience with most of the items listed under this bullet) Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC, or other key reputed company modules.
