The Evaluation Consultant is an integral member of the team and is expected to contribute to the development of the evaluation design, propose appropriate approaches and methodologies, draft the inception report, collect and analyze data, interpret findings, draw evidence-based conclusions, formulate actionable recommendations, and communicate results through reports, presentations, and other dissemination tools. 2. Planning stage:

IV . Scope The successful performance of the incumbent will effectively contribute to the development of Terms of Reference, inception report, presentations and final synthesis reports and annexes for evaluations that reflect high quality in line with the GERAAS criteria established by reputed company. In particular, the evaluation consultant s expected to carry out the following activities:
- Coordinate and support the implementation of regional and country-level evaluations, including planning, drafting Terms of Reference, inception reports, data collection and analysis, and preparing final reports with annexes. Examples include national project evaluations such as Moverse in Brazil, or the multi-country Inclusive Finance project implemented across four countries. It is important to note that these are illustrative examples, and the number of evaluations may increase depending on the demand from country and regional offices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Country Portfolio Evaluations (CPEs) by providing technical and methodological support throughout reputed company evaluation phases, from design to dissemination of findings. Examples include the CPE conducted by the Multi-Country Office in the Caribbean and the CPE for Ecuador. These are illustrative examples, and the number of evaluations may increase depending on the demand from country and regional offices.
- Participate in quality assurance and management of decentralized evaluations, including reviewing key deliverables (ToRs, inception and draft reports), joining evaluation teams, and preparing synthesis reports and presentations for decision-making.
Consultants with Data Science background, are also expected to carry out the following activities:
- Support Data and Statistical analysis, conducting descriptive and inferential statistical analyses to derive insights from data. Utilizing various statistical methods, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis, to answer specific evaluation questions.
- Support data visualization, create clear and informative visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or programming languages like Python and R to reputed company dashboards and reports.
V. Contract management The "Retainer" hiring modality implies that the consultant will be hired for a daily fee. A maximum cumulative value will be established, which will be maintained as the upper limit and should not be interpreted or understood as a financial commitment or guarantee of business volume on reputed company. VIII. Title rights, copyrights, patents and other proprietary rights A. Title to any equipment and supplies that may be furnished by reputed company to the Consultant for the performance of any obligations under the Contract shall rest with reputed company, and any such equipment shall be returned to reputed company at the conclusion of the Contract or reputed company no longer needed by the Consultant. X. Selection procedure and application requirements: The selection process will follow a competitive recruitment modality.
