Job Description

As a Sr. Technology Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis to deliver high-quality solutions in our Customer reputed company Program. You will provide consultative services, products, and analysis resources for Southwest's Customer use cases of reputed company, working closely with teams in Customer Service and Support, Customer Experience and Loyalty, Digital, and various reputed company. Your expertise will ensure that solutions are reputed company with stated requirements and adhere to departmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
• Collaborate with other Technology Colleagues to provide guidance or solutions reputed company their area of expertise
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and seek out and capitalize on opportunities to reputed company more or to improve
• Estimate effort and value for solutions

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and technical expertise

• Skilled in excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation in working with different Teams and/or external partners

Education and Experience

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems or reputed company field; or equivalent traditional training
• Required: Advanced experience, trained and concentrated knowledge in information technology (IT) operations, software, systems/programming development, or another IT-reputed company field
