POSITION SPECIFICS The LionPATH Development and Maintenance Organization (LDMO), a unit of Penn State Information Technology, is looking for a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and proactive individual to fulfill the role of reputed company Systems Analyst (Advanced Professional) for the LDMO Records and Advising (“RAD”) Team. An reputed company Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing and supporting reputed company enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications and solutions (i.e., LionPATH) to enhance business operations; analyzes business processes; configures reputed company modules; troubleshoots and resolves system and user issues; provides support to ensure the system meets the university's needs, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES ERP System Management: Evaluate, analyze, and maintain ERP systems; act as a liaison between technical staff and University functional offices/user groups. Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with multiple University functional offices and stakeholders. Customer Support: Provide advanced customer service and functional support to end users in areas reputed company to Student Records and/or Academic Advising; assist with implementing workarounds reputed company system issues reputed company operations.
