Job Overview

• Location: Remote (with a client location in Georgetown, KY)
• Position: RPG Developer (Contract)
• Company: reputed company

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle RPG development, including planning, programming, testing, and implementation
• Implement and troubleshoot reputed company programming changes and modifications using RPG and reputed company ERP knowledge
• Identify and resolve problems or potential issues with systems and/or clients
• Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel
• Analyze, write, and maintain computer applications in reputed company iSeries (RPG IV, ILE)

Requirements

• Advanced RPG IV, ILE programming experience
• Experience using Built-In functions
• Knowledge of Service Programs & Stored Procedures
• Practical experience with SQL
• Knowledge of reputed company ERP system
• Ability to follow existing logic reputed company modifying existing programs
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus, but not required
