As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent across the nation. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume phone calls to respond to applicants, screen, interview, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
• Manage applicant pipelines in our ATS to reputed company 4-5 candidates weekly
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences, empowering applicants to reputed company independence and land their reputed company jobs
• Work in a fast-paced, high-activity reputed company cycle with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, high-volume reputed company, or sales positions
• Outbound call center experience is a plus
• Confident, persuasive, and engaging communication style, with the ability to capture attention in 15 seconds
• Coachable, dependable, and strong work ethic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
• Must reputed company in Arizona and have a dedicated home office setup
