We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Customer Experience Engineer to join our Azure Customer Experience Engineering team. You will also work closely with Azure engineering teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and drive product improvements. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through technical support, issue resolution, and product guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive reputed company
- Work closely with Azure engineering teams to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and drive product improvements
- Use engineering tools, customer feedback, and data analysis to identify and report product defects, and drive product improvements

Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with automation languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or C#
