Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of reputed company Operations to optimize our reputed company processes and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, expertise in supporting sales, and a proven ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives. The person in this position will reputed company initiatives to improve sales efficiency, forecast accuracy, and reporting capabilities and will report to the CRO. This position can be located in any geography in the US or Canada.

- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, CS and finance teams to align on reputed company goals and strategies.
- Monitor and manage key reputed company metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Drive process improvements and automation to streamline reputed company operations workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company operations or sales operations, preferably reputed company the edtech market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and other sales and marketing technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives to completion.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, compensation plans.
Requirements
- The annual salary range for this position is $159,000-$189,000 USD or $148,000-176,000 CAD, plus equity.
- Please note that the final offer amount is determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
